This NEW course is designed for all teachers of AS/A Music Technology looking to raise the attainment outcomes of their lower ability students. The course will cover all the key areas of the AS/S music technology specification, giving particular emphasis to those challenging areas in which students struggle to gain access to the higher marks, along with common mistakes and misconceptions.
Led by an experienced AS/A Music Technology examiner and teacher, the course will provide a range of effective teaching approaches and strategies which work to increase understanding, knowledge and attainment levels of lower ability students. This is all achievable with effective planning, good teaching and positive learning outcomes.
The course will demonstrate and give exemplars of work, resources and planning for you take away and use with your own department, along with strategies you can apply straight away.
There will also be opportunities throughout the day to share best practice delivery strategies.
